  • Integral Health Project. Apante, Marvin Antonio Alvarado, and Pancasan neighborhoods.  1991-2001.  Funded by the Austria Institute for Cooperation.

    ➢ Traditional latrines and eco-latrines in all three neighborhoods.
    ➢ Community centers in all three neighborhoods.
    ➢ 250 meters of sidewalk in one neighborhood.
    ➢ 120 water storage containers in two neighborhoods.

    ➢ Construccion of a sports field in one neighborhood
    ➢ Instatalation of a network for the distribution of potable water in one neighborhood

  • Project to Assist People Affected by the Rio Grande River Flooding in Matagalpa.  1997-1998.  Funded by Grup Bochum- England.
  • Technical Institute Training Project.  Matagalpa. 1997-2001.  Funded by the Holland Development Cooperation Service.
  • Integral Health Project.  Yaguare and German Pomares neighborhoods.  1997-2002.  Funded by Norwegian Popular Help.

  • Child Scholarship Project.  1997-2009.  Funded by the Asamblea Allende and Group Monsenor Oscar Romero de Madrid, Spain.
  • Reconstruction of ADIC-Grupo Venancia Neighborhood.  1999-2001. Multiple funding sources.

  • Community Organizing Project.  El Tambor Neighborhood.  2001-2002.  Funded by EIRENE.  Co-executed with the Mayor’s Office of Matagalpa.
  • Potable Water Project.  Villa Kokomo Neighborhood.  2002.  Co-funded by Infants without Borders and the Austrian Institute for Cooperation.
